During your trial you will go through a consult session first where we get to know you, your goals, any injuries, etc. After this will put you through an intro workout (if desired).
Your intro workout, as in all workouts, is custom to you. Our goal is not to “kill you” during your first or any visit. Our goal is to build you up each time, but smart and strategic.
If all goes well, we will give you some options for continuing.
