Strength and fitness training is a necessity for all ages, fitness levels and experience. Taking care of your body is vital for your health, longevity and overall happiness.

Our clients come to us with specific goals – lose weight for a wedding, gain size & strength, tone-up, prepare for an endurance race, improve athletic performance, etc.

We coach our clients to their results with custom workout plans, 1-on-1 workout coaching and accountability. We also offer flexible coaching times that allow you to get your workout done and still have plenty of time for life.

STRENGTH & FITNESS PROGRAMS

6-WEEK CHALLENGES

The first 6-weeks of starting a new strength & fitness routine are the hardest ones. During this time most people quit… whether it’s lack of results, confusion, weird environment or lack of motivation and accountability.

We fix that problem by working privately with our clients for the 6 weeks to ensure they are performing their exercises correctly, provide tips & motivation, correct form, update workouts, track results and accountability.

We won’t let you fail, just walk in the door, and we’ll take care of the rest.

SMALL GROUP COACHING

Most our clients enjoy a smaller group setting, where they get train without “stress”. There’s no BS, no egos, no creepers – just people like you who are working on improving their strength, fitness-level and health.

Smaller groups and 1-on-1 clients ensure that we get the best results for our clients. You’re not just a number here, you’re someone who’s on a mission and we’re here to ensure you get there.

ATHLETE COACHING

Since we are a martial arts school – most athletes we work with our MMA fighters, Jiu-Jitsu competitors or wrestlers. But over the past 12 years we have worked 100s of athletes in just about every sport you can think of.

Our focus with our athletes is first, to get them to move and function correctly and efficiently. The includes mobility and stability. From there, we build strength in movements, while focusing on sport-specific movements and energy systems that athletes may need.

Like all of our training, workouts are custom to the individual and the desired result they are looking to achieve.

COMBAT FIT

Combat FIT is a blend of self-defense and HIIT fitness. Learn and train punches, kicks, knees and elbows while getting a light-weight, high-intensity workout. Classes are engaging, fun, heart-pumping and you’re learning vital self-defense too.

It’s like Cardio Kickboxing with a stronger focus on technique and getting full-body, ass-kicking workout.

TEEN ATHLETICS

For over 12 years the Cage JSA staff has coached many youth and teen athletes in their strength and conditioning for soccer, football, hockey and wrestling. We have a proven and fun method for improving performance in young athletes by focusing on proper body mechanics, movement and building strength IN movement.

We focus on training athletes body to function properly, in doing so, performance greatly increases.

FAQS

IS THERE TRAINING FOR BEGINNERS?

Yes, all clients (unless very experienced) start off with a beginning workout plan and coaching for their current level.

All of our clients work closely with our coaches, but new clients need extra attention to ensure they are performing exercises correctly, tracking progress and start getting the results you desire.

DO YOU OFFER 1-ON-1 COACHING?

Private and Semi-Private coaching is one of our best services we offer our clients. All of our strength & fitness sessions are small group and under 5 people per trainer.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TRAIN?

We ask our students to commit at least 3 days a week or 10 times a month. To be honest, anything less doesn’t produce results. Our suggestion is that you give your strength & fitness journey 3 months or a total of 30 sessions to see real, life-long results.

WHAT IF I HAVE INJURIES/LIMITATIONS?

One of the main reasons every client is our their own plan and workout, is because of injuries and limitations.

We work closely with our clients to help increase mobility and strength in weak areas, without adding more stress.

We may include or remove certain exercises from your program that will help you recover.

As always, before any new workout is started after an injury, please be cleared by a MD.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Our clients pay $39 – $129 a week. We over a variety of services at a level our clients are comfortable with. When you come in for an intro, we will discuss and review all options.

WHATS INCLUDED IN THE TRIAL?

During your trial you will go through a consult session first where we get to know you, your goals, any injuries, etc. After this will put you through an intro workout (if desired).

Your intro workout, as in all workouts, is custom to you. Our goal is not to “kill you” during your first or any visit. Our goal is to build you up each time, but smart and strategic.

If all goes well, we will give you some options for continuing.

Finding the right gym is vital to your success. We want to make sure that we’re a good fit for you, and you’re a good fit for us :)
