Cage Shred Bootcamp

Our Cage Shred class is a 45 minute class designed to mix anaerobic (weights) with aerobic (cardio) exercises to help you achieve your ultimate workout. The strength training aspect of the class will consist of weight training and exercises that utilize your own body weight, and the cardio aspect of the session will be a mixture of running, cardio circuits, spinning bikes, elliptical, treadmills, and outside exercises. The best part of this class is its variability, you will never get the same workout twice!
