TRITAC Martial Arts
TRITAC is a framework and methodology to learning combative based skill-sets. It is designed to function in Sport, in the Street, and to Survive.
It is a combat philosophy that emphasizes natural body movements and mechanics over prescribed responses to scripted attacks. TRITAC is designed to be as instinctive as possible so you don’t have to recall complicated series of movements when you have to defend yourself.
Each class focuses on teaching you a “combat flow”. You will learn how to easily flow from technique to technique, based upon the response of your opponent.
You will develop a combat-instinct that allows you to just execute without thought or hesitation. The process makes is easy for you to develop a true combative skill-set.
A no-rules modern grappling system for submission grappling tournaments, MMA and self-defense. Focusing on 3 grappling-based skill-sets: throws & takedowns, ground combat, and submission fighting. It is influenced by Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Japanese Ju-Jitsu, Sambo and Wrestling.
An unarmed, defense first street combat system that focuses on close quarters combat and using “whatever works”. This includes punches, kicks, hammer fists, elbows, headbutts and more. Influenced by Boxing, Muay Thai, Filipino Marital Arts, Keysi, Defence Lab, Silat and Jiu-Jitsu – it is a brutal stand-up striking system. Advanced students progress to weapons work which includes stick and knife.
Design for the cage, the TRITAC: MMA program is a smash enter, takedown and destroy approach to sportive fighting. You will develop wrestling skills, throws, submissions, ground and pound, and MMA guard fighting. Great for former athletes or wrestlers who still want to train.
