You will learn throws, takedowns, joint locks, chokes and more.  It is the perfect compliment to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training.

TRITAC Grappling

Modern No Gi Grappling System combining Japanese Jujitsu, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling.

Grappling is essentially our first martial art as humans.  It has many forms and approaches to learning “how to  grapple”.

TRITAC is a framework and methodology for learning the combat arts.  We provide you with the concepts (framework) and the training (methods) to discover how YOU like to fight.

TRITAC is meant to evolve.  Our grappling system is always evolving by integrating new concepts, enhancing old ones and ultimately discovering “what works”.
