“I have had a strong draw to the energy you get from entering a weight room since my freshmen year in high school. I love the individual mental challenges fitness brings to people. It can be scary and intimidating to try new things, BUT it feels so amazing once you overcome the fear. I love to see my clients change physically and mentally. I teach and continue to learn to be part of my client’s positive lifestyle change that takes the focus off of constant dieting and poor body image and makes them in to strong amazing people!”
