Kyle Knowles is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and is CPR/AED certified. He has proudly served in the United States Army for over 17 years including a deployment during Operation Iraqi Freedom. His service also includes several years as a Physical Training instructor for Army Officer Candidates. A lifelong “fitness fanatic”, Kyle was a standout high school and college athlete, excelling in wrestling and track. He was a two sport letter recipient at Western New England University in Springfield, MA before commissioning as an Officer in the Army. He later earned an MBA from Western New England and professional certifications from Syracuse University.
Kyle is currently a full-time Staff Administrator for the US Army Reserves and also works for the UCONN Army ROTC program as an adjunct professor and fitness instructor. While he loves serving his country and being a member of the greatest fighting force in the world, his true passions are fitness training, coaching, and motivating clients to achieve their goals.
