Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio Kickboxing is one of the best stress relieving classes. It allows you to work on your punches and kicks without contact with another person. Your workout is designed on a heavy bag and is a fast paced and exciting session! From beginner to advanced kick boxers, there is always variety and fun in every class.

Combat Fit

Our Combat Fit Classes are HIGH INTENSITY Workout Classes designed for you to burn fat, build strength & muscle, and feel incredible after! Not only are you going to get a great workout, but we’re going to teach you simple, basic, and highly effective self-defense while you workout. This is not just another cardio kickboxing class. You’ll use a variety of different “tools” to build a strong, healthy and beautiful body…that can kick some butt too!

30/30

This is a 30 minute high intensity interval training class.  This class incorporates weights, cardio and core exercises to give you a full body workout in a short amount of time.

Cage Shred (BOOTCAMP)

Previously known as Fitness Xtreme.  This is a 45 minute bootcamp class designed to incorporate HIIT style workouts with weight training to help you build strength & cardio fitness.  The best part of this class is its variability, you will never get the same workout twice!

TRX / Kettle Bell

The Cage JSA’s TRX/KettleBell class is a 30 minute class designed to give you an incredible workout by using our TRX suspension bands and different weighted kettle bells. Our trainers will put you through a variety of exercises targeting upper body, lower body, and abs.

Cage Strength

Do you want to lift weights and start a strength program but you’re not quite sure where to start? Our Cage Strength class will set you up with a weight training program and give you the proper equipment and technique correction by experienced trainers to achieve this. Each class is different and will challenge different muscle groups to give you a total body work out.

Cage Sculpt

Previously known as Brazilian Body. Our Cage Sculpt Class has been specifically designed to target gluts, abs, and legs. It brings you through many fun routines, circuits, and strengthening exercises to tighten, tone, and strengthen these trouble spots!

Spin

A spin class is a quick way to get a super intense non-impact fitness fix that could see you reaping serious benefits in power and speed. This is an instructor led 45 minute cycling class that will definitely get you sweating!

Abs Class

Abs class is a 30 minute abdominal blast session that will gain you the core strength you have never experienced before. Our trainer uses a combination of TRX suspension bands, mat work, weights, and core stability exercises to push your midsection to the limit!

3-2-1 Class

This 45 minute high rep, fast paced workout incorporates 7 rounds of 3-2-1 training. Each round combines 3 minutes of cardio with 2 minutes of strength training and 1 minute of core exercises. This class will have you constantly changing what you require of your body with the goal of shredding body fat & increasing overall cardio fitness.

Capoeira

Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian art form of self-defense that combines elements of martial arts, music and dance. It was developed by Africans enslaved in Brazil during the colonial period by a way of resistance of slavery and oppression. Looking for something new to change up your fitness routine – give this class a try.
