Cardio Kickboxing is one of the best stress relieving classes. For men and women both, it allows you to work on your punches and kicks without contact with another person. Your workout is designed on a heavy bag and is a fast paced and exciting session! From beginner to advanced kick boxers, there is always variety and fun in every class. Stress causes your body to release certain enzymes that inhibit the production of endorphins, and endorphins are what help to make your body feel good. Therefore, by punching and kicking away your stress, and taking part in a rigorous form of exercise such a kickboxing, your body will ramp up the production of these endorphins and leave you feeling amazing and stronger then ever!
